Training shouldn't end when the workshop does
Training professionals deserve better. As training professionals ourselves, we kept seeing the same frustration: great content that lost impact after the workshop ended. L&D departments spent fortunes on programs with minimal lasting change. Independent trainers competed on price instead of value.
But here's what really frustrated us: Every other platform was built to extract money from training professionals, not help them succeed.
