Frequently asked questions
Do you charge per assistant internally?
No. Both Chat Only ($13/user/month) and Creator Pro ($30/user/month) are flat per-user fees—there are no per-assistant charges.
How are external assistants billed?
External assistants (created by other teams/creators) are billed at the creator's retail price. The creator sets the price and keeps the markup above the $13 base fee, minus a 10% platform fee on the markup.
Is there proration and seat management?
Yes—when you add or remove team members, your billing adjusts proportionally.
Can trainees keep access after vouchers expire?
Yes—trainees can continue by subscribing at the standard retail price set by the assistant creator. For external assistants, this is the retail price set by the creator. It's their choice whether to subscribe or let access end.
